10 Year Limited Warranty Carolina House Furniture warrants to the original purchaser that our seating products will be free from defects in workmanship given normal conditions and with prudent application of "Chair and Person", for a period of limited 10 years single shift service. This guarantee is limited to Carolina House replacing or repairing at our discretion, any parts or product found to be defective within the terms of this agreement. 100% coverage for the first (3) three years, 50% coverage for the next (3) three years, and 25% coverage for the remaining (4) four years. Our vendor only guarantees control mechanisms and casters for (3) three years Not covered under this warranty:   • Damage caused by carrier   • Customer's own materials (COM)   • Abuse in any form   • Fabric, vinyl, or leather coverings or textile   • Modifications of styles or their parts
